Rena from Star Ocean 2
Rena is very cute and a strong magic user of defensive magic. She does earn an offensive spell later in the game called tractor beam. But her primary role is as a healer to the party. Rena is fond of both Claude and Dias, her childhood friend who also has blue hair.
